Rob Wavra – Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, Mr. Wavra manages a variety of projects for Sentinel in the Risk Assessment & Intelligence and Organizational Design, Business Process Reengineering, and Change Management practice groups. He works closely with Sentinel's partners to ensure client success across many of Sentinel's major engagements.

Mr. Wavra recently joined Sentinel in June 2009 from Endeca Technologies Inc., a leading information access and enterprise search software company. He most recently led Endeca's U.S. public sector consulting practice, dramatically increasing its professional services presence in the federal space. This included long-term engagements with the Terrorist Screening Center, the National Counter-Terrorism Center, and a broad range of national security clients.

Prior to his tenure at Endeca, Mr. Wavra was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP. At Deloitte, he led consulting engagements for clients including the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Risk Management and Analysis. He was also selected to be a Deloitte Research Associate Fellow, co-authoring a study on shared services in the public sector with the Reason Foundation.

Mr. Wavra's experience with Deloitte included the following key projects:

• Led planning and program management office team for a DHS Agency's Information Sharing Environment transformation program.

• Strategic planning lead for a hazardous materials security portfolio analysis project across stakeholders in DHS, TSA, and DOT/PHMSA.

• Led process and functional consulting team enhancing a terrorism risk self-assessment application for DHS Office of Infrastructure Protection.

• Led functional team capturing requirements and business processes related to Terrorism Watch List dissemination.

• Member of a small team that streamlined the TSA No Fly List redress process.

Mr. Wavra received a BA from the University of Virginia.
